JS2-40C Pneumatic knife holder
Compact, small and EFFICIENT
Functional and economical; ideal for small applications, cutting of light or thin materials.
This knife holder is designed to directly replace the old HELIOS S2-40 model
Includes:
- 90/105mm diameter blade
- Frontal extraction of the blade head
- Inbuilt pneumatic locking brake to assist side load setting
- Quick manual positioning utilising slide / bearing and pinion knob
- Easy cutting angle adjustment with graduated cant angle scale
- Automatic blade safety guard (360° blade coverage when the knife holder is switched off).
- Bayonet knife locking system. No need to remove the knifeholder from the machine to change knives.
- Ambidextrous knife head
OPTIONS
- Special guard for dust extraction
- Special guard with felt wiper system for blade lubrication
- Laser to check position in relation to bottom knife
