Knife position visualization is an option we offer for all of our slitting systems. Each knife group can be positioned accurately as its exact location is displayed on the interface screen in real time. This removes the need to manually set slit widths with a tape measure and therefore eliminates manual tape measure errors.
Operators can set, save and recall slit position formats with the control panel.
Operation is easy, simply select the required knife, move to position and then repeat the process for each required knife. The slit width / distance between knives is displayed on the screen.

- Straight forward setting procedure.
- Operator safety; no need to go to the bottom knives to take measurements.
